Best Western Westminster Hotel, Westminster

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and bright, equipped with a desk & chair, and a 32-inch TV. However, noise from guests above made it sound like a cattle stampede in the wee hours. The service was top-notch, with accommodating staff and helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location, right off Route 140, was excellent for its convenience and quietness, with shopping centers nearby. The breakfast spread was delightful with a variety of options, including made-to-order dishes. The facilities were satisfactory with nothing to complain about.

Arriving almost at 3 pm, the room wasn't ready till close to 4 pm, but it was worth the wait. The room was fantastic with a walk-in shower and luxurious amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The staff provided excellent service, especially helping out with the whirlpool tub. The location was excellent for planned events and right off Route 140. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, despite the breakfast attendant seeming overwhelmed. Overall, a great stay with some minor delays.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and modern, equipped with a fridge and microwave which was convenient, but unfortunately, my room was cold, damp, and noisy. The service was exceptional, with attentive and efficient staff, and I was especially thankful for the housekeeping team's efforts. However, the location was less than ideal due to being in a retirement community, even though it was close to dining and shopping options.
